No outside filters needed.

You need - tube, my pattern and shape. The Picture frame I think comes with PSPX, included in tut supplies. Download supplies here

Please leave watermark and file names intact.

Open tube, shape image and pattern in PSP. Save the picture frame to your picture frames folder.

Open a new transparent image 600x500

In your materials palette, set your foreground to #95907d

and your background to #fbdece

then click on gradient and foreground/background gradient

Angle 135

Repeats 0

Invert - Unchecked

Floodfill the layer with the gradient

Effects, Distortion Effects, Lens Distortion, settings below

Horizontal 0

Vertical 500

Distortion Type - Fisheye

Field of View 179

Edge Mode Repeat

Effects, Edge Effects, Enhance

Layer, New Raster Layer

In the materials palette click on pattern

Find annesska-p1 in the dropdown menu

Angle 0

Size 250

Floodfill layer with pattern

In the layer palette, change the opacity to 12, and the blend mode to hard light

Click on annesska-221, Edit, Copy

On your working image, Edit, Paste as new layer

Have your rulers on and place shape at the top at around 320, see screenshot below

Layers, Duplicate, Image, Mirror

Click on the tube

Edit, Copy

On your working image, Edit, Paste as a new layer

Image resize 80% bicubic, all layers unchecked

3D Effects, Drop Shadow, -2, -2, 20, 14, black

Move to the right slightly and move down

Move over to the left. See completed image. Lower opacity to 14

Repeat using 2, 2

Selections, Select All, Modify

Floodfill with pattern as before

Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur, 28

Effects, Edge Effects, Enhance

Select None

With magic wand, Tolerance 4

Click in white space

Floodfill with pattern

Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur 28

Select None

Image, Add border, 6, symmetric, #625d50

With magic wand, tolerance 0, click in border

Effects, 3D Effects, Inner Bevel

Select Metallic from the Presets dropdown menu

Resize if you wish and save as a jpeg.

Image below is done with adding a layer to the finished result and floodfilling with the pattern and changing blend mode to burn and opacity to 14.
